One tooth, Two tooth, I see TEETH!

Izzie Jo is 9 months old. She got her first tooth soon after turning 8 months old. Well she now has her second tooth breaking through, right next to the first one on the bottom!! She looks so cute with her one little tooth, I can't wait to see how it looks with two!! I have yet to be able to capture that shiny little tooth on camera, but I'll keep trying! It is hard, because the more you try to look at it, the more she doesn't want you to see it and turns away or sticks out her tongue! Little Stinker!

9 Months

I can't believe Izzie Jo is 9 months old. She really enjoyed her first Thanksgiving dinner...(turkey, squash, potatoes, pumpkin)...this baby girl LOVES her food! Everyone got a kick out of her, she loves to entertain in true baby fashion, the more reaction she gets, the more she repeats!! It was great getting together with our families and sharing the day together. Izzie had a good time seeing everyone and we got some cute pictures! Hard to believe that we will soon be celebrating our first Christmas with Izzie. Time is passing too quickly. :*(

Gabby and Izzie watching pie and bread making on Wednesday.

So each month I do a 'photo shoot' with Isabelle. To mark her 9 month birthday she got all dolled
up in her Tutu that I made her.

Gabby joined in the fun too!

Izzie was sure to include her Vermont Teddy Bear
(whom at this time remains nameless...unless you speak babyspeak!)- who also has a matching pink tutu!!!

Growing So Fast

Izzie has started self feeding. She does great with finger foods. Last night she fed herself with a spoon (with mommy's help of course!) She was so cute. We tried again today, she had a blast! She grabs right on to the spoon and crams it right into her mouth!

She loves eating puffs, but tries to put a handful in her mouth all at once. Today I took one puff, held it up, and said "This many puffs at a time" She just laughed, she laughed everytime I showed her that, and then would cram in as many as she could hold! Little Stinker!

One of Izzie's newest foods that she is eating is toast. I spread a little butter on it, then slice it up into little pieces with a pizza cutter and let her go at it. She is getting good at picking small things up, especially pieces of dog hair or fuzz from the floor!
